Hi, I'm Mitch. Almost ten years in the BPO world, moving from in-person call center management into remote operations and VA staffing, taught me that the businesses that grow best aren't the ones moving fastest — they're the ones running smoothest. Along the way I've overseen and trained operations teams of 200+ remote employees, grown a VA staffing arm from under 10 to over 100 VAs, and built the training programs and systems dashboards that keep it all running without me in every room.
